How much does it cost to order a delivery from we-goGet?

Your delivery cost includes the register receipt total, plus a delivery fee, and an optional tip to the driver. All orders includes a service fee.


What are we-goGet fees and order minimums?

Register Total – prices are set at the discretion of the local merchant and includes a tax.

Order Minimums – your request is our delivery, no matter how small it is (no minimum required).

Delivery Fee – our delivery fee starts at $3.00, depending on the distance from the pickup location to your doorstep.

Service Fee – a service fee of 13.5% is applied to all orders.

Tipping – in Tucson, tipping delivery drivers is not required, but it is appreciated.


What forms of payment does we-goGet take?

Good news, we accept all major credit cards, plus PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Wallet.

We DO NOT accept “magnetic strip only” credit cards.


Why am I getting a message stating, “No driver is available”?

we-goGet delivery requests are contingent on driver availability within your area.

  • At the time of your request and if no driver is available , you will receive a SMS/Text notifying you “No driver is available in your area” or the “waiting time” for the next available driver.
  • If there is absolutely no driver available, we-goGet is unable to accept your order and your request will be cancelled.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
